For recommended daily dose 4 capsules: 600mg Activated vegetable charcoal, 100mg E.S. Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) titrated at 0.5% in essential oils, 100mg E.S. Green anise (Pimpinella anisum). 4 capsules provide 0.5mg of essential oils.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules a day, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner, ingested with a glass of water. Recommended for : – People with difficult digestions.- Periods with frequent copious meals.- Bad eating habits.
