Esyon capsule is a food supplement based on dry extracts and melatonin. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time taken to get to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of Melatonin. Escolzia, passiflora, valerian and griffonia promote relaxation and a physiological night’s sleep.
california poppy herb d.e. (eschoscholzia californica, supported on maltodextrin) tit at 0.35% in protopine, passion flower herb d.e. (passiflora incarnata l., supported on maltodextrin) tit at 4% in vitexin, valerian root d.e. (valeriana officinalis l., supported on maltodextrin) tit at 0.8% in valerinic acid, griffonia seeds d.e. (griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) bail.) tit. 99% l-5-htp, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin. Use Directions and Recommended Dosage : 1 capsule a day, preferably at night, together with some water.
