Ingredients
Gymnema leaves d.e. (gymnema sylvestre r.br.) tit. at 25% in gymnemic acids, filler: microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia seeds es (griffonia simplicifolia (dc) baill.) tit. at 20% in l-5-tryptophan, cinnamon bark es (cinnamonum zeylanicum nees), anti-caking agents; silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, chrome picolinate.
Use Directions and Recommended Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet before main meals (2 tablets a day)
